Contest Rules

• No purchase necessary.
• Entries will be accepted from 12:01 a.m. on February 1, 2011 to 5:00 p.m. on February 28, 2011.
• Entries will be accepted only via www.iknowrichmond.com.
• Entrants may submit multiple entries. There is no entry limit.
• Winners may not be employees of the Valentine Richmond History Center, Media General or the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
• Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided upon submission. If the selection committee is unable to reach a winner by the time necessary to print the exhibition images, a runner-up will be selected.
• Winners must have submitted their first name, last name, and a valid email address.
• Winners agree to have their names and captions published in The What in the World is Happening in This Photo?!? Caption Contest exhibition and online slideshow.
